Title: Advisor I, Customer Service
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone, email, and chat in (German & English).
- Able to work on a rotational shifts during training - OJT. After Training follow EU Center Ops hours (DST 2:30PM-11:30PM or non-DST 3:30PM-12:30AM)
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training programs.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on a rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as this is a 24/7 project.
- Bachelor Degree holders.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Native in German with excellent writing skills C1 and proficient in English (B2 level and above).
- Should have good English communication skills.
