Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance application performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Administration.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Experience in managing Azure resources and services effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Administration.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
