Role and Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and Handle SWIFT / Local queries in favor of receiving or sent out cross border payments.
· Ensure MT910/MT103 and other messages to settle on time to ensure smooth flow of liquidity/cash management.
· Handle payment queries with correspondent/Intermediary’s banks for mendment/Trace/Recall.
· Manual processing of refunds & cancellations.
· Process refunds for account closure (IBAN).
· Knowledge to work with multiple stakeholders within global banking Network; correspondent/intermediary banks, account managers to resolve payment issues faster across global jurisdiction.
· Responsible for authorizing the Transactions successfully from Payment Gateway.
· Identify headwinds and tailwinds relevant to process betterment and application functional improvement
· Trace payments of High-net-worth client within agreed SLA.
Key Skills and knowledge:
· 3 to 4 years’ experience in Banking Payment Operations & Payment Organizations.
· Experience in AED payments and CBUAE systems (previously worked on UAE bank, will be preferable candidate)
· Deep understanding of retail and SME banking processes.
· Knowledge of BI tools and Excel
