This Customer Service Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:
Minimum of 8 months call centre experience/Back office (essential)
Passed Grade 12 (essential)
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
Flexibility to work shifts aligned to United States business hours, including nights and weekends.
Excellent knowledge of English, verbal and written communication
Are self-motivated and highly responsible
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Service orientation with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction
Basic computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite

What you will do in this role
Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authority
Help customers with the client’s procedure
Approve withdrawals as far as the documents are concerned
Improve past data entries
Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to the customer's identification or withdrawal
Collaborate with team/shift leader & colleagues from various departments
Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations
Update customer database.
