Role: Backend / Platform Engineer (AI Systems)
Experience: 3-8 years About the Role You will build the core platform services and APIs that power AI workflows, integrations, and enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop microservices for QA workflows, scoring, and insights delivery
- Integrate with internal and external systems (CRM, contact center, etc.)
- Build orchestration layers for AI workflows
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with AI and data teams for seamless integration
Required Skills- Strong backend development (Python, Node.js, or Java)
- Experience building REST/gRPC APIs
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)
- Understanding of system design and distributed systems
Nice to Have- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
- Exposure to AI/ML system integration
- Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures
