As a full-time Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted Canadian voice for a major automotive brand. You'll provide exceptional service to vehicle owners addressing concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, dealership issues, and vehicle features. By listening calmly, responding with effective solutions, and taking complaints seriously, you’ll help reduce their stress and enhance their experience.
