Summary:
As a Business & Tech Innovation Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Modernization
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience in designing and implementing applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience
- This position is based at our Manila office.
