Lead end-to-end project and delivery management across concurrent analytics workstreams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Provide day-to-day people management, coaching, and performance oversight across the analytics team. Work with onshore Project Managers to ensure commercial health of the projects
Maintain clear and structured project documentation, workplans, and delivery tracking
Manage upward communication to senior ANZ leadership, providing regular progress updates, risk escalations, and delivery reporting. Manager a diverse set of stakeholders to drive best in breed outcomes
Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, team workflows, and project management practices
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture across an offshore delivery environment Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure delivery continuity
Ensure team outputs meet quality standards and are aligned to client and business objectives
