Concentrix is seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Security and Modern Work t In this role, you will help customers establish a secure, AI-ready digital workplace while accelerating adoption of Microsoft 365, Security, Copilot, and Modern Work solutions.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning the architecture strategy, technical roadmap, deployment guidance, and operational health of customer environments. This aligns with Microsoft's Modern Work and Security customer success motions focused on M365, Copilot, Security, Entra, Intune, Defender, and Purview
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation guidance for Microsoft Security and Modern Work solutions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers throughout their modernization and security transformation journey.
- Drive adoption, usage growth, and business outcomes across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Conduct executive architecture reviews and roadmap planning sessions.
Security Architecture
- Design secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise architectures leveraging:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Defender XDR

- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Security Copilot
- Zero Trust architecture principles
- Ensure governance, compliance, identity protection, threat protection, and risk management are integrated into customer solutions.
Modern Work & AI Transformation
- Help customers accelerate adoption of:
- Deliver workshops, architecture engagements, value realization sessions, and technical enablement programs.
Technical Delivery Excellence
- Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments.
- Remove deployment blockers and provide escalation support for complex customer implementations.
- Partner with Microsoft FastTrack, CSU, partners, and engineering teams to accelerate consumption and customer success.
Required Qualifications

- 10+years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- 7+ years designing and implementing Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Deep expertise across Modern Work and Security workloads.
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience leading technical engagements with enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
