Role Description
Your responsibilities
Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media;
Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues;
Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes;
Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards;
Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Our requirements
✅ Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1/B2 level;
✅ Basic computer skills (Windows environment);
✅ Problem-solving and communication skills;
✅ Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information.

💵 Salary: 7 500 PLN + performance bonus;
