Customer Service Advisor - Back Office

This Customer Service Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Minimum of 8 months call centre experience/Back office (essential)

• Passed Grade 12 (essential)

• Clear Credit and Criminal Record

• Flexibility to work shifts aligned to United States business hours, including nights and weekends.

• Excellent knowledge of English, verbal and written communication

• Are self-motivated and highly responsible

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Service orientation with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite

• Previously dealing with payments, finance, or back-office operations is an advantage

What you will do in this role

• Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authority

• Help customers with the client’s procedure

• Approve withdrawals as far as the documents are concerned

• Improve past data entries

• Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to the customer's identification or withdrawal

• Collaborate with team/shift leader & colleagues from various departments

• Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information

• Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations

• Update customer database.
