The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
· Receive incoming contacts from customers interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures.
· Determine customer reservation needs and preferences by utilizing established question and answer techniques
· Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
· Make recommendations based on the customer’s needs and preferences. ( air, hotel, car and ancillary travel products)
· Research travel rates, destinations, options, and packages for customers.
· Process travel transactions by entering accurate and complete reservation information into the relevant systems
· Professionally and accurately support customer requests for itinerary changes or cancellations.
· Correctly answer general travel and site related questions from customers
· Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
High school degree or equivalent (required)
Travel savvy: passion / experience with travel
Sales/service experience in retail, sales, service or other "helping" business (preferred)
Willingness to work flexible shifts ( Mon-Fri 8am-1am AST, Sat-Sun 8am-10pm AST)
TICO certification (preferred)
GDS experience for Service Agents (preferred
Proficiency in a multi-system environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Typing 35 wpm as verified by a formal test
Excellent computer skills and eagerness to excel at technical systems and internal tools
Eagerness to learn new technologies

· The base salary for this position is $18.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and
