💼 What you will do

Support customers with confidence and care
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them by phone and email
- You will listen carefully, respond professionally, and make sure every customer feels supported
- You will turn questions and challenges into positive customer experiences

Work closely with internal teams
- You will collaborate with teams such as Sales and Technical Support
- You will help make sure customers receive the right answers and solutions quickly
- You will act as an important link between the customer and the organization

Spot opportunities to add value
- While supporting customers, you will also recognize commercial opportunities where relevant
- You will use modern software and systems to work efficiently and effectively
- You will help strengthen both the customer relationship and the business
👤 Who we are looking for

Someone who enjoys helping people
- You are customer-focused, approachable, and solution-oriented
- You like creating positive experiences and are happy to go the extra mile
- You enjoy working in a role where no two days are exactly the same

A strong communicator
- You speak fluent English and Dutch (C1 level)
- You are comfortable communicating clearly and professionally, both spoken and written
- You know how to adapt your communication style to different customers and situations

A team player with the right mindset
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
- You are ready to attend a 5-week full-time training program
- Experience in customer service, especially in a B2B environment, is a plus
- You can work well independently, while also being a reliable and supportive colleague
