The Candidate:
Has very good command of spoken German (C1-C2);
Has good command of spoken English (B1-B2);
Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
Experience in technical facing role is beneficial;
Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
Has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
2 week training in office;
Hybrid Modality, 3 days at home 2 in office;
Mostly Daytime schedules, but availability to work under a 24/7 contract;
Sports based or related bets;
