Role Description
Your responsibilities:
Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit and providing guidance to achieve this.
Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
Monitoring the resolution process of customers' technical issues to ensure accurate and effective solutions regarding products, features, and characteristics.
Assisting customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
Knowledge of law, particularly in consumer rights and data protection.
