We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Marketing Technology to join our team for a dedicated client engagement. As a Delivery Lead embedded in a specific client project, you will take end-to-end ownership of project delivery — balancing rigorous execution with a deep commitment to client success.
- Lead the delivery of Martech projects with full accountability for scope, timeline, risk, and quality management in accordance with delivery principles and standards
- Build strong client relationships and credibility by deeply understanding client needs, defining a client-centric view of success, and closing the loop on all client requests and feedback with urgency
- Stay closely attuned to client sentiments, business priorities, and challenges — and position our work as a direct enabler of their goals
- Serve as the primary point of accountability across cross-functional teams spanning marketing, technology, and analytics
- Translate complex marketing and data requirements into executable delivery plans, particularly within platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic
- Build and engage high-performance teams by ensuring the right mix of talent, skills, and capacity — with clarity of purpose on project goals and outcomes
- Proactively bring new ideas, innovations, and thought leadership to clients that reinforce differentiation and value
- Pull in the right experts and solutions from across the broader ecosystem to address client priorities and challenges
- Drive follow-on growth by identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging delivery excellence and client trust as key credentials
- Pursue continuous delivery improvements using industry and domain acumen to contextualize evolving capabilities within the client environment
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project or delivery management, with a strong focus on Martech or Digital Marketing platforms
- Master-level proficiency in Digital Marketing Platforms and their integration within enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic
- Proven experience in Estimation, Planning, and Work Management at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder engagements in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
