English Customer Support Advisor – Greater Cairo | Leading Beauty & Skincare Brands
As an Advisor I on a blended support program, you’ll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails, and online support. You’ll deliver service, resolve routine issues, and help customers get the most out of premium skincare and beauty products.

In this role, you’ll:
- Be the friendly voice of top skincare and beauty brands, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, usage guidance, order support, and troubleshooting.
- Build deep knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and routines to provide confident, accurate solutions.
- Handle customer issues with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Create positive customer experiences through personalized assistance and clear communication.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, supportive team to hit shared service and performance goals.
Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities:
- Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Clarify customer needs using probing and decision-support tools.
- Listen actively, show empathy, and build strong customer rapport.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of client skincare products, ingredients, and usage guidelines.
- Document interactions accurately in account records.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products and services when appropriate.
Candidate Profile:
- Skincare experience is a plus – prior work in beauty retail, skincare consulting, customer service for beauty brands, or similar roles required.
- High school diploma required; relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills in English.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.

- Flexible to work rotating shifts as required.
