Finance Transformation, Management Consulting

We are seeking a Finance Transformation professional to support and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives for clients across industries. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to redesign finance processes, operating models, and technology landscapes, enabling more efficient, data-driven, and digitally enabled finance functions.

This position offers the opportunity to develop deep subject-matter expertise in finance transformation while contributing to large-scale business and digital transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong background in finance operations and accounting, including knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, financial close, reporting, and controls.
• Experience in finance transformation, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in process redesign / optimization and transformation delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, including business case development and KPI modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
