Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and messaging channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer support with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Build strong knowledge of the company's hospitality technology platforms to provide accurate technical assistance.
- Resolve customer requests quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Understand the urgency of operational issues during restaurant service hours and prioritize requests accordingly.
- Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service level agreement (SLA) targets.
- Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What Makes This Role Unique
🏡 Hybrid work model after 3 months, based on performance and attendance.
⏰ Flexible schedules: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday), 8 hours per day, between 09:30 and 19:00.

Preferred Profile
- Native or C1 level Dutch with B2 level English.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or hospitality.
- Solution-driven and proactive, with the ability to guide customers clearly toward effective solutions.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent written communication for email handling.
- Customer-oriented with experience handling sensitive data.
- Computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Contextual empathy and the ability to understand the urgency of operational issues affecting restaurant service.

💰 Salary
- Competitive salary
- Performance bonus up to 10%
