Job Description:
HR Generalists in this role get to:
- Shape workplace culture: Present and model HR philosophy and policies
- Be the expert: Provide policy interpretation guidance to employees
- Strengthen relationships: Resolve employee relations issues timely through appropriate coaching and counseling
- Keep Sutherland aligned: Resolve issues with employees in regard to adherence with company policies and procedures
- Set the path to success: Assist with the planning, preparation, hosting and administration of regularly scheduled required Employee Orientations
- Support the team: Assist in documenting personnel actions and provide information to payroll
- Improve workplace efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
- 1-2 years of solid HR experience in a BPO or fast-paced operations environment.
- Knowledge of human resource functions, benefits, total rewards.
- Ability to work in MS Office..
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
Additional Information:
- Assist onsite inquiries and phone calls.
- Validation of Philhealth/HDMF/SSS documents submitted by employee.
- Filing – SSS sickness and maternity claims.
- sending email notification to employees after filling of claims.
- Transmittal/Receiving of docs/ scanning any government related documents.
- Sending notification to employees for loan SOA submission.
- Submission of Philhealth docs for updating of records to Philhealth office.
- Assist any Compben related concerns and issues.
- Monitoring of emails.
- Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
