- Intermediate level English language skills
- Analytical thinking and data-driven work skills
- Ability to adapt to a busy operational pace and take an active role in the field
- Strong communication skills and aptitude for teamwork
- Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Excel) and Google Sheets

- Coordinating with operations and planning teams to monitor headcount planning
- Performing HR reporting and headcount tracking Monitoring daily wage employee processes
- Managing discipline and employee relations processes

- Ensuring the effective use of HR systems and maintaining data accuracy
