As a Inbound Sales Advisor, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Recommend the most suitable products based on usage, budget and preferences.
• Promote complete solutions through upsell, cross-sell and accessory attach.
• Explain product differences, compatibility and key benefits clearly.
• Handle objections with confidence and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
• Achieve KPIs including client satisfaction, attach and compliance.
• Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Keep up to date with product launches.
• Deliver a premium brand experience in every interaction.

Your qualifications

• Have fluency in Italian (C1), with a good level of English for internal communication.
• Have previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact center environments.
• Have strong communication and active listening skills, with confidence in sales conversations.
• Have the ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored, solution-based products.
• Results-driven mindset with experience working toward targets and quality standards.
• Interest in technology, with the ability to quickly learn product knowledge and ecosystems.
• Strong digital literacy, able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Adaptability, resilience, and accountability, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work flexible schedules.
