In this position as an Italian-German-English speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries by E-Mail and chat.

Start at the next possible date | full time | at our location in Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Monday - Sunday from 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. | Support languages: Italian (C1), German (B2-C1) and English (B2) | €2600 gross/month | temporary contract

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:
Receive requests via e-mail and chat.
Support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of products and services.
Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
Work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
Guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluently in word and speech in Italian (minimum C1) and have very good command of German as well as English (at least B2 level).
Have suitable professional experience in customer service.
Have good computer and technical skills.
Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ideally you already have:
Knowledge in the Anime and Manga scene.
