HR Business Partner
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner is a strategic human resource professional dedicated to aligning our organization’s people strategy with its business goals. This role involves partnering with leadership to create policies and programs that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Point of Contact: Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers in the Operations team to enhance organizational growth, workplace environment, and retention.
Expert Guidance: Provide high-level advice and support across various HR disciplines such as grievance and disciplinary actions, absence management, and employee well-being.
Employee Experience Optimization: Propose enhancements to the employee journey to foster an open and transparent culture.
Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze people data (e.g., absence, attrition, engagement) to identify trends and develop solutions.
Performance Reviews: Participate and support the performance evaluation process.
Onboarding Process & Reintegration Maternity Leave
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Offboarding process:
· will be involved for the retention of employees and will conduct exit interviews.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
Experience: In-depth knowledge of HR, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Training or HR Business Partner and substantial experience in a similar role.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Romanian, both spoken and written.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional people management abilities with an empathic, approachable, and open personality.
Confidentiality: Capable of managing sensitive cases with discretion.
Adaptability: Demonstrate a change-oriented mindset.
2 - 4 Years of Experience
University Degree Preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
Working knowledge of labor relations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
Strong attention to detail
