Job Summary
Lead IAM operations ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across enterprise environments. Drive service delivery, manage teams, and act as a key client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations
Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus
Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in team handling and operations management
Relevant certifications preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP)
Must-Have Skills (Any 3+): Delinea (SaaS), Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Active Directory (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP)
