We’re looking for a proven Microsoft COE Leader who has built and scaled high‑performing Microsoft services businesses. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for our Dynamics 365, Azure AI, Data & Analytics, and Application Modernization practices.

What You’ll Lead & Own
Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute a multi‑year strategy for Dynamics, Data & AI, and App Mod services and repeatable offerings.
- Own the P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and forecasting.
- Drive aggressive YoY growth through differentiated offerings and strong Microsoft alignment.
- Establish the COE’s operating model, delivery frameworks, and reusable IP.
Service Offering & Portfolio Leadership
- Define the service catalog across Dynamics 365, Azure AI/Copilot, Data, and App Innovation.
- Create packaged services, accelerators, and repeatable delivery assets that improve margin and delivery velocity.
- Ensure offerings align with Microsoft’s cloud strategy, incentives, and co‑sell priorities.
- Partner with Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content.
Delivery Excellence & Customer Outcomes
- Oversee delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and project governance across all engagements this includes ensuring we have strong adherence to delivery standards and measures of delivery efficiency and quality on all service delivery.
- Build a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure engagements are delivered predictably, profitably, and with high customer satisfaction including the adoption of AI to deliver engagements.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers.
Sales, Alliances & GTM Leadership
- Partner with Sales to shape pipeline, qualify opportunities, and support strategic pursuits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field teams (PDMs, ATUs, STUs, FastTrack).
- Drive co‑sell motions, marketplace strategies, and joint GTM initiatives.
- Represent the COE in executive briefings, customer workshops, and industry events.
- Accountable for Concentrix’s solution designation status maintenance
Talent Leadership
- Build and scale a high‑performing team of architects, consultants, engineers, and delivery leaders.
- Lead workforce planning, hiring, skills development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 10–15+ years in consulting, system integration, or cloud services leadership.
- Proven track record building or scaling a Microsoft practice (Dynamics, Azure, Data/AI, or App Mod).
- Demonstrated ownership of a P&L with strong revenue and margin performance.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, co‑sell motions, incentives, and solution areas.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across architecture, engineering, and consulting.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of:
- Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service)
- Azure AI & Copilot
- Azure Data & Analytics (Fabric, Synapse, governance, data engineering)
- App Modernization (cloud‑native, DevOps, integration, low‑code)
Leadership Traits

The base salary range for this position is $210000- $250000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
