🔑 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operational Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and their teams to consistently exceed KPIs
- Drive a high-performance, accountable culture
Client & Commercial Ownership
- Own client relationships, business reviews, and strategic planning
- Translate SLAs into clear operational execution plans
Financial Performance
- Manage revenue, forecasting, and cost control (billable vs non-billable hours)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
Performance & Delivery
- Oversee KPIs, attendance, quality, and productivity metrics
- Act proactively to resolve risks and maintain service excellence
Continuous Improvement
- Use data insights to optimize processes, improve delivery, and scale operations
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Senior Team Leader in BPO / Contact Centre
- Strong commercial acumen (revenue, forecasting, efficiency)
- Experience managing international / multilingual teams
- Ability to influence clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong coaching and leadership capability
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement
Languages
- German: C1–C2 or Italian – C1-C2
- English: B2–C1
