We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our established program into its next chapter and build on strong foundations, a loyal team, and a proud local presence.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach Team Leaders and frontline professionals to deliver outstanding performance and customer experience
- Tap into your local network to attract, build, and retain great talent
- Own day-to-day operations, KPIs, compliance and client relationships
- Drive workforce planning, budgets, and continuous improvement
- Nurture a passionate and committed team that reflects the best of Townsville
What you bring
- 5+ years leading large operational teams (contact centre experience a plus, but not essential)
- Strong roots in the Townsville community and a network you're proud of
- String commercial acumen. You are comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, SLAs
- A people-first leadership style with a track record of lifting capability and morale
