Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our leaders and managers, responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies that support our business development. You will be a key player in building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment where employees feel appreciated and engaged.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Support and advise management on strategic HR issues, ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective agreements, and manage operational HR work.
End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management: Independently manage all HR administrative processes, including contract preparation, onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding procedures.
Data Integrity & Management: Take full ownership of the HR database and personal files. You are responsible for the 100% accuracy of employee data and ensuring all records are up to date.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities and documentation strictly follow local labor laws and internal regulations. Stay updated on legislative changes affecting employment.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Payroll Coordination: Collaborate closely with our external payroll vendor by providing accurate monthly inputs, verifying data, and resolving any payroll-related queries.
HR Collaboration: Work effectively with the wider HR team to align on strategy, share best practices, and contribute to the improvement of HR workflows.
Candidate Profile:
Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have an "eye for detail" and take pride in delivering error-free work, especially when dealing with contracts and data.
Highly Organized: You can manage multiple deadlines and priorities without losing track of the small tasks.
Self-Driven & Accountable: You take full "ownership" of your area. You are proactive in identifying issues and don't need constant supervision to drive tasks to completion.
Professional Communicator: You can explain complex HR or legal topics in a simple, professional, and empathetic manner to various stakeholders.
Process-Oriented: You enjoy creating order and finding ways to make administrative processes more efficient.
English fluency is preferred (B2).
Availability to work from the office, with ocasional home office possibility.
