As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of project management activities that encompass the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all aspects of project execution align with organizational goals and client expectations. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on project experiences.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform project decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Proficient in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
