Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for financial accounting and reporting that has a material impact on key components of the client’s financial statements.
• Responsible for the preparation, coordination and review of financial accounting analyses and journal entries to properly recognize actual results for material components of the client’s operations.
• Analyze transactions, understand and explain variances, and proactively identifies potential problems and solutions.
• Prepare and present financial information to clients

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Resource must have either of the following requirements (number of skills will be dependent on the project):

• Journal Entries
• Bookkeeping
• Trial Balance
• Accounts / Bank Reconciliation
• Inventory
• Fixed Assets
• Profit and Loss Statement
• Audit
• Financial and Income Statements
• Balance Sheet
• Intercompany

Preferences:

• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Cost Reporting
• Treasury
• Contract Compliance
• Audit
• General Accounting
• Payroll
• ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Analytical ability
• International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)

Minimum of Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting).

With at least 3 years of RTR experience

With 1 year of supervisory experience

• Good communication skills
• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Amenable to work in Full RTO and nigh shift schedule
