Record to Report Ops Specialist/Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support, in particular on period-end close of the General Ledger so as to be able to report financial results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support financial control over the General Ledger mainly through the process of account reconciliations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Resource must have either of the following requirements (number of skills will be dependent on the project):

• Journal Entries

• Bookkeeping

• Trial Balance

• Accounts / Bank Reconciliation

• Inventory

• Fixed Assets

• Profit and Loss Statement

• Audit

• Financial and Income Statements

• Balance Sheet

• Intercompany

Preferences:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Cost Reporting

• Treasury

• Contract Compliance

• Audit

• General Accounting

• Payroll

• ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle)

• Analytical ability

• International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)

Minimum of Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting).

With at least 5 to 7 years of RTR experience

With 3 years of supervisory experience

• Good communication skills

• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig

• Amenable to work in Full RTO and nigh shift schedule
