Representative Customer Operations with German (relocation package to Poland)

About the role:

· resolving various client-reported issues via phone, email, or chat in German language,

· providing customers with excellent experience by using your communication and soft skills

· cooperating with a Team to drive a common success.

 

Requirements:

· Fluent German (C1, both speaking and writing) and English (B2).

· Efficient use of PC and IT-related tools.

· Ability to work full-time.

· We do not require professional experience; this is an early stage/ junior position.

· Relocation to Poland (Katowice) for June/July training

· Relocation support from us is provided including work permit and visa support

· flight and 4 weeks of accommodation (single room in 2-3 room flats) paid and chosen by the company in advance

- cost for the room is paid by employer on monthly basis and deducted from the wage.
