S&C GN IX - Digital Engineering and R&D Digitization

Looking for Self-Driven and Seasoned Analyst - Consultant with exceptional skills in PLM to help our client achieve their business plan, create new business models for their platforms & drive the right kind of engineering innovation required for success.

Prefer candidates who have worked in Management/Technology consulting & engineering services background.

Key responsibilities include:
Project Delivery:

• Deliver in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
• Build & curate offerings in PLM Enablement, material, tools, develop relevent assets, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liase with Accenture leadership on these assets and offerings
• Design & execute measurable go-to-market activities & initiatives aligned with the objectives of the business group.
• Own & manage key stakeholder relationships with global offering leaders
• Building the capability of the team in areas of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread
• Deliver high-impact client solutions by bringing together offerings with a clear understanding of the client problem statement.
• Own & grow the consulting business in areas mentioned above.
• Contributing positively to the leadership group of R&D transformation utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more.

Practice Development:

• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities
• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s ED offering and support recruitment, training, coaching
• Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown

Experience in Semi-Conductor, High-Tech industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
• At least 7 years’ full cycles implementation experience in PLM involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, MDM & Digital thread space.
• Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies
• Well-versed with PLM Modules, best practices and Capabilities across multiple industries
• Good understanding of PLM and Data Management Processes
• Familiar working with Multi Level and Integrated Bill of Materials
• Strong project management skills
• Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas
• Good understanding of integrating PLM with cloud skills (Azure, AWS) preferred
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
• Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving & root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent project management & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model
• Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
• Engineering background with MBA preferred
