As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and actively participating in discussions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. You will also engage with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to clients on security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory Security.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
- Familiarity with security incident response and management.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and risk management.
- Experience in implementing security controls and monitoring solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory Security.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
