As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Engineer, you will join the Information Systems Department to support our SaaS transformation. You will help build, optimize, and secure high-availability platforms while contributing to the migration of legacy environments to AWS.
Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time
Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain platforms that are highly available, secure, and performant
Support and enforce continuous integration, platform upgrades, and monitoring practices
Analyze and resolve issues related to vulnerabilities, performance, scalability, and platform functionality
Partner and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and process guides
Lead or support the migration of legacy platforms to AWS
Help ensure infrastructure reliability and operational stability across production platforms
Contribute to best practices in cloud operations, automation, and infrastructure management
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications
Experience supporting and managing production platforms
Strong hands-on experience with Linux, PostgreSQL, Ansible, Terraform, Git, AWS and Docker
Knowledge of system security principles, including ISO-27001
Experience working with high-availability platforms and environments
Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Pragmatic, analytical, and concise problem-solving approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Fluency in English is required; French is considered an advantage
Nice to have: Azure experience
