What is your mission?
- You will act as a Squad Leader owning specific digital products end-to-end and working closely with the Product Team Lead to align on strategy, priorities, and delivery.
- You'll drive your squad to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
- Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned products (requirements, design, delivery, and iteration)
- Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation
- Work closely with the Product Team Lead to contribute to roadmap planning, cross-product initiatives, and coordinating dependencies
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Product Team Lead to ensure strategic alignment at all times
- Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations
- Represent your products in reviews, demos, and reporting
- Lead your squad with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery)
- Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning
- Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple product streams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Jira and Figma
- Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design
- Comfortable using AI tools and leveraging AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance product thinking
