As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage full sales cycle in one Global Leader Account about ePayment Gateway Solution, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO of SME businesses from North America
Understand the buyer journey and can lead short stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
Get used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM
Serving at first point of contact with many new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution.
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses
For non-sales leads, or specific inbound sales leads, route the lead to the most appropriate queue based on the rules while maintaining a premier user experience
From 1 year of experience in Sales (Full sales cycle, prefer B2B: Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Inside Sales Specialists)
Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree in any field
Excellent communication in Global English
Willing to work on the Night Shift
Result Driven, Dealing with ambiguity, command Skills, Integrity and trust.
Excellent organizational and client-service skills
