Senior Insights Analyst – Global Consumer Relations
We are seeking an ambitious, self‑driven individual who can blend strong data‑analysis expertise with sharp business understanding to deliver insights and strategic recommendations for key partners across Innovation, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
As part of the Global Consumer Relations team, you will play a critical role in transforming the vast amount of consumer‑feedback data generated from more than 6,000 daily interactions across 84 markets into actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement and product innovation.
You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand their priorities, deliver insight‑led storytelling, and demonstrate the value created through action.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively analyse consumer data to identify and communicate compelling patterns in consumer behaviour to strategic partners using insight‑led storytelling.
- Deliver relevant and actionable consumer insight reports in various formats on a regular basis and upon request.
- Liaise with strategic partners to capture, triage, and prioritise insight needs, working closely with the Analytics Product Team to translate them into automated solutions.
- Amplify the value of existing Global Consumer Relations data assets and products by promoting and encouraging their use across Marketing, R&D, Quality, and other client functions.
- Develop frameworks to identify business changes driven by consumer insights and measure the resulting value.
- Monitor adoption of Voice of the Consumer (VoC) analytics products across functions, providing training and education to ensure full utilisation.
- Develop experimental data‑collection initiatives to capture tailored insights that inform critical client initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision‑making.
- Advanced data‑analysis capability, with experience working on complex, high‑volume datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across analyses, visuals, and presentations.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proven experience as a Senior Insights Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the Consumer Service or Consumer Care sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience using data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
