Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment and deliver strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and manage the hiring process through to offer stage.
As a trusted talent advisor, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in strengthening candidate pipelines, improving hiring effectiveness, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound judgment, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with pace, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment across volume roles
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
Build targeted sourcing plans and develop strong pipelines of qualified talent
Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess candidate capability and fit
Present candidate shortlists and provide well-informed hiring recommendations
Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices
Support offer development and lead candidate negotiations
Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance in ATS and HRIS systems
Produce recruitment reporting and pipeline updates as needed
Represent the company professionally and promote a strong employer brand in the market
Qualifications
3 plus years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume, sales, or fast-paced hiring environments
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment
Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum B2 English proficiency required
Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing demands, and maintain confidentiality
