Job Title: Senior System Analyst (CRM and Credit/Loan Origination)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of CRM and Credit/Loan Origination solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and perform impact assessments for system enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and vendors to design effective system solutions.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of CRM and Credit/Loan Origination systems.
- Define and document system interfaces, API requirements, integration workflows, and data mappings.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and production deployment activities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with project managers and delivery teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause investigations when required.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- 6-9 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role within banking or financial services.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent CRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Credit Origination and Loan Processing systems, including vendor-built banking applications.
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, including customer onboarding, credit assessment, approval workflows, disbursement, and servicing.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, solution design, and documentation (FSD/TDD).
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, middleware, and data flow architecture.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with project collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in retail banking, commercial lending, or corporate banking environments.
- Knowledge of loan management systems and credit decisioning platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM and lending platforms.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Experience working with data analytics and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Experience leading regional or multi-country transformation projects.
