Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience to help design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native platforms. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen automation, streamline delivery pipelines, improve observability, and enhance platform reliability across Azure-based environments.

Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design, implement, and support scalable SRE and DevOps solutions across cloud-native environments.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, quality, and reliability.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based container platforms for performance, scalability, and resilience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work within Azure Cloud environments to deploy, monitor, and maintain modern infrastructure solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling using Python or similar languages.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support API Management capabilities to enable secure, reliable, and scalable integrations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive observability initiatives through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot complex production and platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative improvements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, customer-centric technology solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advocate for best practices in cloud-native architecture, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to 120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
