What you’ll be doing:
- The successful candidate is an experienced pre-sales / sales professional
- Act as the key expert for solution assessment framework and process
- Able to qualify solution assessment opportunities, handover to Technical team for execution and position partners in the overall sales process.
- Understanding of cloud concept knowledge and Level 100 Azure knowledge (Or Level 100 MW or Level 100 D365)
- Able to present Solution Assessment report and migration plan and drive cloud Economics discussion with customers
- Orchestration and alignment between the stakeholders (Account Executive, Solution Assessment Technical specialist, partners...)
- Meet and exceed the monthly targets for number of solution assessment to be executed
- Engaging with account teams & partners to drive the Solution Assessment engagement strategy and execution with a balanced approach that delivers value to customers. VSAS will engage with the Subsidiary sales teams to help support customers’ cloud migration initiatives and provide pointed consulting on the value of Microsoft cloud platforms and outline datacenter, biz apps and modern workplace migration opportunities and scenarios. The primary delivery approach for Solution Assessment is with and our clients capable partner community.
- Role related tool usage & sales excellence( Oneask approvals & reviews, UAT, MSX request & case management, managing ISV tool requests)
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5-8 years of practical experience in solution sales and/or pre-sales.
- Azure knowledge is highly preferable.
- Education and Knowledge: Required: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience. Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in IT, Communications, or Marketing, and formal training in project management
- Fluent in Croatian language and good command of the English language
- Absolute willingness to compete and win
- Demonstrated ability to create and close business
- Strong customer communication skills
- Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment
- Self-motivated, self-starter attitude
- Problem-detection and solving skills
