Role and Key Responsibilities:
· Interpret and analyze lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents
· Lead lease abstraction and administration processes
· Draft, review, and manage lease documentation
· Maintain and manage lease portfolios using Yardi
· Perform year-end reconciliations and financial reviews
· Support income lease processes and acquisition lease portfolios
· Oversee ongoing lease administration operations and backlog tracking
· Conduct statement reviews and ledger analysis
· Manage Yardi charge and receipt processing activities
· Collaborate and communicate actively with internal stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with lease terms and organizational policies
· Lead and guide team members (if applicable)
Key Skills and knowledge:
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in lease administration or related roles
· Strong understanding of real estate and lease terminology
· Hands-on experience with Yardi (mandatory)
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to interpret complex lease clauses and financial data
· Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
· Prior team handling experience preferred
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge or experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate / post-graduate
