Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
Input data, write quickly and clearly
Requirements:
Fluent French (C1/C2) – both written and spoken
Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way
Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills
Experience in customer service (individual / business customers)
