- Governance and Process Design: Skills in designing governance frameworks or processes.

- Technology Lifecycle Management: Experience in lifecycle management of technology portfolios.
- Industry Frameworks: Exposure to industry frameworks like TOGAF, DODAF is desirable but not essential.
- Industry Experience: Practical industry expertise across sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining, and Resources is of interest.
