This Customer Service Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a minimum of 6 months of International Call Centre experience (Customer Service or 6 Months sales/upselling or 6 Months Chat/Email) - (Essential)
Experience in travel, e-commerce, retail and fintech (Advantageous)
Passed Grade 12 (Essential)
Ability to work shifts in a 24-hour environment

What you will do in this role:
Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
Verify & update customer information
Proactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
Outstanding administrative skills that cover planning, organizing and management skills
Ownership of the customer experience and follow-through · Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed
Able to comprehend complex customer queries
Verbal Communication: Hearing objections and processing the deeper meanings, acknowledging the feelings of others and reacting appropriately, remaining calm during stressful situations, explaining steps and processes that others can easily understand
Productivity and quality
To be able to identify when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously
Be able to pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
